“I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God …” Acts 26:17-18
Picture this: A public school lunchroom in Brazil packed with teenagers—hundreds of them—tears rolling down their cheeks, hands lifted, surrendering their lives to Jesus. In a town where darkness is overwhelming and children are sometimes sold for as little as $20, the hope of Christ broke through in power. The presence of the Holy Spirit was undeniable! 
Just last month, Jes and I stood in awe as we watched God move in a remarkable way in Ribeirao Grande, Brazil. Hundreds of students turned to Christ and were gloriously saved. This was not an isolated moment—over the past several years, we’ve experienced the Lord move like this in nearly 100 schools all over Brazil and Mexico, seeing more than 10,000 young people encountering the transforming love of Jesus. Last month in just one week, Jes was in 30+ schools in Juazeiro, Brazil and he witnessed thousands of students born-again. Each and every time, we are undone, in awe of our Savior, reminded that the Gospel
is powerful, and no darkness is too deep for the light of Christ to break through!
For anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13

Jose is one of the Fire Carriers in Brazil who we have equipped and trained to preach the Gospel. After he finished the School of Evangelism, we took him with us to preach at several schools. This young man is going to set Brazil on FIRE!<
