“In Him was life and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it!” John 1:4, 5.
Praise the Lord that His Light is banishing the darkness of this world! We, too, are shining lights reflecting Him.
I was so privileged to travel to several of our mountain churches the past two weeks, six of which are in Western Negros province. It was worth all the hard travel on difficult roads to see our beloved pastors again! I travelled to our Christian Fellowship churches in Pacao, Bantayan, Inapoy, Tabu, Guilungan, Tiling and Biao! The pastors were so happy for the visit and good fellowship we had! I’m happy to be an encouragement to them in the Lord. They are struggling against poverty and hardship as well as trials in the ministry. But the Lord is giving them courage, determination and joy in pushing forward. I’m so proud of them! There is so much work to do for the Lord and for His people, so we pray for continued health and strength to do the work He has put in our hands. Thank you for your prayers for the faithful Christian Fellowship Church pastors!
