“The Lord is my Shephard; I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside quiet waters; He restores my soul.” Psalms 23:1-3
Greetings in the Name of the Lord, our Savior and Shepherd! We are always full of joy in serving Him!
The Lord has given us another year to serve Him and win souls for His Kingdom, which is our duty and privilege. Whatever comes our way this year, we will make it victoriously in Him. Our pastors and churches are going on, in spite of hardship for many. We had a severe “super typhoon Odette” that hit us here in the Central Philippines on December 16, 2021. Many islands suffered terrible damage, including Negros Island. Many houses and trees were blown down, and there was widespread flooding, causing more than a hundred deaths here in our area alone. Many of our churches were damaged, some completely blown away, and others with roofs off.

Pastors’ houses were also totally or partially damaged. The pastors and churches are still struggling until now. Many towns and villages still don’t have electricity since the power lines and poles were down.
Some Christian Fellowship Churches were completely gone. I have attached pictures of some of them. Others had partial damage. Pastors lost their homes. Some were able to just use plastic tarp to cover where the roof used to be. We distributed rice and canned foods to some of the churches and townspeople.
I ask your prayers for the pastors and churches. If you would like to contribute financial help, it would be much appreciated.
