“Sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have worked salvation for Him.” Psalm 98:1
Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus! We are happy once again to share news with you.
We held our annual Christian Fellowship Church Pastors’ Convention last May 16-18, 2022, and it was a good time of fellowship and revival.
Many were able to come here this time because of the lighter restrictions of the pandemic. So we had several come from far places in Mindanao.
The first to arrive was an elderly lady pastor travelling alone on the bus from the far mountains of Zamboanga province in Mindanao! The one who came from the farthest away was the first to arrive! Her name is Bonifacia! She is a wonderful lady, so brave, strong and true! She has pioneered her own church in the high mountains in the South, many miles from any town or village! What a wonderful soldier of the Cross! She is such an example to everyone!
There were several pastors who came also from the high mountains of Negros Occidentalj province on the western side of this island. They also travelled overnight and arrived early in the morning. They were such a blessing to everyone. We were blessed by the wonderfully encouraging and anointed messages from the pastors! Thank God for the faithful workers God has given us here in Christian Fellowship Church. Some new lay-workers were added who are pioneering and pastoring in the mountains here in ouir province, too. I am sending a few pictures.
The eight Bible school students are now out in their field training in different churches for one year. Their enthusiasm and energy are a blessing to everyone! May God give us a greater harvest of souls! The harvest truly is great!
The church constructions and repair are still going on and we’re so happy that God is supplying the needs for the pastors and churches.
The church construction in Lower Baican and in Ataatahan in the southern district are going on.
Also the church pastoral house in Mabinay town is going on.
It is all manual labor so it takes a long time. Thank God we now have running water and electricity in our building in Mabinay! For two months we waited for the electric power to be supplied! I know God is so faithful!
Thank you so much for your prayers and financial help which are so important. We are workers together in His Kingdom! God bless you!
