Dear Friends and Partners of Missionary Support International,

This past summer, our trip to Michigan was a great opportunity to see many dear friends and meet new ones. Isn’t that one of the special blessings we have as part of the Body of Christ? Our family just continues to increase, and relationships continue to be enriched. PTL!

As this year begins its final phase, we can look back and be so thankful for what God has allowed us to do and the people that have been a part of it.

One of the highlights we had was the opportunity to visit one of our eldest missionary partners, Jeanne Mosier. She served in the Philippine Islands for decades as a single woman traveling across the country, preaching, teaching in bible schools and raising up Christian workers, pastors and evangelists. Even though she has retired, she is still a part of our missions giving. She is now in an assisted care facility in Ohio and really wasn’t expected to live long enough for us to see her, but true to her toughness and God’s goodness, we made it.

Sis. Jeanne is very special to both sides of my family. My father’s mom was her bible schoolteacher at ABBI (Anchor Bay Bible Institute) in New Baltimore, Michigan, and my maternal grandma, Hilda Singer Peltier was a fellow classmate of hers in the same school, so she has witnessed many aspects of our family ministry for decades.

Just this year MSI has had the privilege to:

  • Help with the completion of a hospital clinic in Kenya.
  • Be a part of the relocation of the satellite and TV broadcast operation in Indonesia.
  • Continue feeding, clothing and sending medical supplies to Cuba.
  • Supply school supplies to a Christian school in Mexico.
  • Meet housing and living expenses to a single woman missionary to Turkey,
  • Rebuild churches and ministry needs in the Philippines.
  • We support Life Recovery for Women and many other ministries and projects in the United States.

Back here in Arizona, God has given Lori the opportunity to begin a Life Recovery Group for Women. This is a ministry that has been upon her heart for many years and she is getting an overwhelming response for it. It is a biblically-based program with the focus placed solely on Jesus Christ. Isn’t it amazing how God takes the broken pieces of our lives and experiences and uses them for HIS glory!

In November, Chuck will be taking a trip to Sao Paulo, Brazil to visit the Brazilian Children’s Outreach (BCO) ministry and will be working and ministering in the slums and favelas. Millions of people live in these conditions in Sao Paulo, so the need is great. We have supported BCO since 1979 and witnessed great work being done… souls saved; lives changed. Churches have been planted in the midst of this poverty and we have seen generations and households changed forever.

We want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the burden and calling that you help us carry. You have been such a blessing to us and an encouragement as we see the needs in this ministry. Every day we are able, we walk and pray with thanksgiving for you and for the ministries that God has laid upon our hearts. Please remember to keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we do the very best we can to fulfill God’s call.

God Bless You!
