The Christian Fellowship Church celebrated its 50 Years Anniversary on August 31st! It’s been half a century of serving God and enjoying His victories! To share a brief background, I came to the Philippines in 1968 and ministered first in Mindanao Island. In 1970, Benito Pacleb and I were married and began our ministry together in Western Negros Island Province, holding crusades and planting churches. In 1974, we moved to Dumaguete City, and, after a great salvation crusade, began planting the church here! Now it has been 50 years!! All glory to God! Since then, more than 100 new churches have been planted!

The Christian Fellowship School of Ministry, located here in Dumaguete City and opened in the 1970’s is the Bible training center and Theology College of the Fellowship, training and equipping pastors for the work of the ministry. The school offers an excellent and comprehensive four-year academic course, consolidated into two years. A former orphanage and scholarship program provided free education to many children from first grade to college.
To honor the work of the Lord and to celebrate the 50 years of ministry here, we had a 50 years’ anniversary event on August 31st, with many hundreds of pastors and members attending, even pastors from far away in Mindanao Island! The event was held in the Convention Center since it was so big. The different departments of the church each had their own special presentations and it was a very happy and joyous event! We give all Glory and Honor to the Lord! He is the same, through the ages!!
The Dumaguete Christian Fellowship Church remains a Lighthouse to the whole area, shining the Light of the Gospel and bringing Christ to all!
